    Scripture Reading: Romans 1: 20-28

Above the Niagara Falls, it is “OK” to go fishing in a boat on the river. However, there is a point on the river in which the current becomes too swift. It is the place on the river that when reached, there is no turning back! This is the “point of no return.”

God is trying to get your attention.
    What will it take?

Regardless of how we might rationalize our passing this point on the river, or how we thought we could “handle it,” the truth is we are now in deep trouble and only moments away from destruction. Friends, I am afraid many people are nearing this critical point in their lives, right now!

How long will people be focused on being “politically” correct and not “Biblically” correct? Three different times in today’s’ passage, we read that “God gave them up or over.” Does this alarm anyone? It is as if God was saying, “Go ahead… have it your way.” “Do what you want.” “Turn your back on me and my warnings.”

I have a few questions. Would you stand on the front porch and knock on someone’s door for 20 minutes if you knew they were home and would not answer? How about for an hour or even an entire day? Ok, so why should we expect Jesus to do this? He is knocking. God is trying to get your attention. What will it take? Do not ignore Him another moment!

Friend, Jesus is a gentleman and will not force Himself on anybody. Accept Him or reject Him, it is your choice! My prayer is that YOU will place your faith and trust in Jesus before crossing “the point of no return!
